On Jun 14 2012 Horriable Place wrote, our entire family stayed at this hotel 1 night before we drove to the Grand Canyon and were bitten on our legs and arms very bad. Front desk thought we were lieing never compensated us . Stay at the Grand canyon to avoid bed bugs. This Best Western is Infested with Bugs.
