On Oct 25 2012 Scott wrote, My family stayed two nights in October. 17 bites on three people. I told management (I'm a Hilton Gold Honors member), and they.did nothing. Well, almost nothing. They did pause, looked at me, seemed to think about saying something, and then just said "Thanks for telling us." Impressive customer service! :-)

On Jun 4 2012 Stayed 5/4/2012 and 5/5/2012. Found bites both mornings all over legs Told mamagement and they seemed not to care.

On Jul 17 2011 july 10 bed bug gal wrote, ...me or give me any vouchers and stated that if I left that I would have to pay because I canceled my rooms. The manager's said they make the decision if a guest was inconvenienced and they felt that all of this was not an inconvenience. I have never had such a horrible experience at a Hilton prior to this. The customer service at this particular hotel was horrible, room with bugs horrible.

On Aug 27 2007 Vegasgal41 wrote, ...we found ants in the room. The agent made note but didn't seem too concerned nor did she offer apologies. I also didn't notice until I returned home to Las Vegas that evening that I had 4 bites on my foot and ankle. Mosquito, ant or bed bug I don't know but after a week they are still not gone. My overall opinion of the resort is fair and I would score it a 3 but I don't know that I would return.
