As a guest of Westin's throughout the world, I have always experienced clean rooms and wonderful guest services. Our weekend experience was beyond my expectations as they always have been. On Sep 26 2011 Unhappy Family! wrote, Unhappy Family here again! So we got home from our trip to unpack suitcase and sure enough there was a bed bug on a pair of jeans. I killed it with a paper towel and put it into a ziplock bag and now I will definitly be taking things to the next step since I now know we did have bug bites from our hotel room and now have them at home and the resort did nothing!

On Oct 20 2010 We stayed at Westin Kierland in Scottsdale Arizona one night the second week in october 2010. Bedbugs were found in our room in the evening. We were offered a new room and moved there. Management said they had never had a confirmed case of bed bugs before our finding.
