On Jan 12 2012 Stayed at edgewater in December and awoke to a bed bug crawling in front of my face. Went to front desk to check out a day early and told the desk clerk and were blew off like no big deal.

On Dec 23 2011 michelle wrote, ...when we arrive in a hotel. The mattress had a thin mattress pad on the mattress so I pulled it back and found bed bugs in the crevices of the mattress. We immediately left the room and checked out while informing the front desk of the problem. They didn't seem surprised at all and said they would look at the mattress. It was very gross and the mattress was very old and needed to be replaced!

On Jul 26 2010 jsp58 wrote, ...in the bathrooms ( don't most Hotels have them now) The T.V. was on a stand so low you could not see it from the bed if you were laying down and 2 rooms had bed bugs . The desk people would not change the rooms that had bugs and we all moved to aother Hotel . My family had 6 rooms booked we were glad that we had only paided for one night at a time. Save your self some time DO NOT stay there.
