On Sep 25 2012 jim h wrote, ...Aquarius from Phoenix and front desk seemed apologetic and said to report it to Security.He filled in a report and made the comment to me that he did not think it was Bed Bugs!even not seeing the horrific bites all over my body.Doctor said it was the worst he has seen.I am not a litigation type but we don't expect to get a response of any consequence.Maybe this might stir the powers that be.

On Sep 5 2012 Just stayed there for three nights on a family jet ski trip staying in six rooms. No problems at all.

On Nov 18 2010 My step mother took an over night trip to Laughlin and stayed at the Aquarius. Upon returning home, found bedbugs in her laundry. The staff was very rude and unhelpful when this was brought to their attention. Not so much as an apology. Needless to say, since she brought them home with her, this is going to be an uphill battle to rid her home of them now. I would not recommend this resort to anyone.

On Oct 11 2010 Patsy in AZ wrote, I returned today from a stay at the Aquarius Casino Resort. We had a convention from Oct.7 to today, Oct. 10, 2010. We had a fabulous convention, NO ONE complained about seeing bed bugs or having bites. The staff was incredibly efficient and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

On Sep 5 2010 We were there in July, we are in the Pest Control Field, so we always check our beds first thing when we walk into the room. We found about 10 to 12 bugs on one bed and a couple on the other bed. You could tell that they had a treatment, because there was feces behind the head board. Unfortunately they did not get them all. We had security there and they took a statement and moved us to another room....
