(which we seem to think were bed bugs) We took all of our stuff, checked out that day, and they did nothing to correct the matter. I felt so gross when we left there. All 4 of us had to get rid of our clothing for fear of taking them home. Worst stay of my life. Never have I ever been treated so poorly!

On Mar 17 2012 ...we finally decided to go to the room, we put our things on the table. Sat down on the bed and my family wanted to take a nap. We weren't there more than a 30 minutes when we saw bed bugs crawling up from the middle of the mattress, on the wall, under the covers, and by the phone! We were so disgusted, we left like no tomorrow. We will never stay there again! Thank ____, we didn't stay the night.

On Sep 19 2011 Woke up to bed bug in my bed at 3am 9/14/11. Reported the bed bugs to the "supervisor" who sent up security guards to check the bed who just looked under the covers and left with the bag we collected the bed bugs in. We switched rooms. We still have not heard from the manager from River Palms after leaving many messages for them to call. We will have our lawyer call them next!

On Jan 29 2011 Stayed for 8 nights; from January 18 - 25, 2011, and couldn't have asked for a cleaner, bug-free room. No bugs the whole time we were there. Great staff and very clean. Great stay!
