The hotel is really clean and we had no problems at all. My parents stayed in the same hotel in August 2010 and had no bedbugs either. I'm working in as a travel consultant in Switzerland and never any of my clients had bedbugs in this hotel. I'm coming again in January 2012 !

I contacted the hotel and they are telling me that they had professionals check my room and it came up clean. When I asked for a copy of the report, was told they would not provide it.
