On May 25 2011 AGB wrote, ...were in groups of 3-4. I went to my determatolgist two days later because the itching was unbearable. She could not confirm that they were bed bugs, but said it was either bed bugs or other kind of myte. I thankfully knew not to bring any of the stuff inside my house, so they did not travel with me, but this was NOT an experience I would like to repeat. I wish I would have checked the registry!

On Apr 2 2011 3/27/2010 - found what appeared to be three molts of nymphs on the box spring. Fortunately, the desk manager was allowing us to pick between rooms and we picked a different room that was free of any evidence of problems.

On Jan 3 2011 Stayed at this hotel in September 2010 and saw what appeared to be a bedbug on the curtain. Reported this and showed the bug caught in a glass to the night staff on duty and was able to move rooms. This was on the 10th floor. Inspected the next room and did not find evidence but did not get a good nights sleep. I am a Hilton Diamond member and enjoyed the location of this hotel to the metro but dissapointed...

On Dec 10 2010 found a dead bedbug on my duvet and experienced bits and itching. reported the situation to the management, who were very aggressive about dealing with the situation and were very transparent in their communications. Received a letter saying they had found them both in my room and the one next door, and were pulling out all carpets and other items where they could be hiding.
