On Jan 21 2012 hibiscus677 wrote, Stay away! I received several bites. The front desk did provide a new room right away (which was a down grade) and sent a bell man up to help me move. However, there was no follow up from management nor did they seem to care about my concerns. I was disappointed to learn that others had the same problem. Stay somewhere else, this place is gross!
