On May 29 2009 Santa622 wrote, ...with basic standards with a good value for money ratio. The big downside, however was that we had bed bugs in our room. We did not appreciate the casual response of the staff when we mentioned it. The general response and the polite excuses we got in return clearly tell me that the staff is aware of the issue and is used to dealing with these complaints.
