On Dec 7 2012 lorisuemiller wrote, This hotel was horrible. It wasn't clean. It had no soaps, no shampoos, and, of course, there were the bed bugs! We were in the room for maybe an hour, and we left. The front desk staff did not charge us, so I was pleased by that. By far the worst La Quinta experience we've had. My husband is ready to write off the whole chain.
