On Jul 23 2011 On 7/20/11 we checked into this hotel for a two night stay. Went to sleep that night and woke up to a bed bug crawling out from under my pillow. Imediately went to the office to inform them and we got a complete refund.

On Aug 7 2008 iluvcats4ever wrote, ...I thought that might be another clean one. When I picked it up to dry my face there was a pubic hair stuck to the towel so it was not clean. That led me to think about how the room was cleaned and I went and pulled the sheets back on the beds, there were no bedbugs but there was a roach crawling in between the fitted and flat sheet. We left immediately and went to another hotel. Disgusting.
