I have true to reach out to the hotel but every time I call and ask for a manager the manager is "gone for the day". We found someone elses used bath linens in the bathroom and when I called to complain.it was a maids oversight. The next day, after maid had come and gone, they were still in the bathroom. Never again.I would rather sleep in the car.

On Aug 3 2010 OneDayBeach wrote, ...later our A/C went out, walk on the floors w/o shoes & your feet are BLACK. We ALL got ate up with BED BUGS! I went home & unpacked in the driveway until I could wash EVERYTHING INCLUDING THE CLOTHES we never unpacked. Doors wouldn't open & shut easily. Almost a 1" gap under the front door. When I called to notify them of the BED BUGS she said the guests currently in the room haven't complained....
