No bed bugs, but an unusually large amount of human hair on the mattresses. Both beds had hair all over the top of the mattresses. Not just a few strands, a lot! On Sep 4 2011 Checked in on 9/2/211 with my husband and son. My son awoke at 5:30 am on 9/3/2011 with a bed bug in his bed. We called the front desk and security responded immediately. They moved us to another room and offered to clean our clothes. They also did not charge us for that night. After they moved us to a new room, we checked the seams of the mattress and didn't see anything. We then got ready and left...
