On Aug 25 2011 Laying in bed trying to go to sleep and had a bed bug crawling on chest. Went to front desk brought crush bed bug down as well and got my room switched for the night went to new room small ants everywhere behind beds. Then the next the day manager gave full refund for the rest of the stay and partial for that night which was appreciated.

On Aug 25 2011 Solitude_WIthin wrote, Found bed bug in hotel room or atleast some sort of bug in bed. Went to front desk got room switched till morning when manager was around. New room had small ands in bathroom and behind bed and red stain On sheet. But in the morning manager was very pleasant and gave us a partial refund on night stayed and full on rest of stay very friendly staff which was refreshing and not expected.

On May 20 2011 cee221 wrote, stayed here with someone who said they got bit, showed me his chest it was covered in little red dots, stayed here a second time (had to for work) found killed and brought the actual bed bug I found in my room to the front desk they gave me another room still creeped out, in the new room now hoping I dont wake up with bites =[ happened in room 311 at 12:10 am on 5/20/11
