On Apr 7 2012 Chantilliscious wrote, ...and the garbage that was in the bin was emptied - but none of the garbage that we put aside to be taken. Great hotel amentities, but the room service is brutal (and barely existent) and not to mention, myself - as well as other guests that I have met that stayed here, have gotten bug bites from the beds. Other than the bed bugs and horrible house keeping service, the hotel is clean and well kept.

It had a high level of occupancy, but felt dirty, there was often trash in the elevators and smudges all over the glass doors, etc. It advertises sleep number beds, and they were, but very old and difficult to adjust causing us a poor night's sleep. On Sep 14 2007 Leoli70 wrote, ...the "renovated" room without charge. It normally would have cost $10 per night to upgrade. The hotel also charges a "resort fee" for any rooms booked through a third party vendor such as Hotwire, as we did. It amounts to about $5 a day. Location was great if you're going to Disney, but I would not stay here again. I think this is a 2.5 star property at best. At least we didn't have any bedbugs.
