On Sep 20 2011 PilikaiHawaii wrote, Bed bugs in the mattress sofa and towels. A nightmare. When I've approached hotel staff they did NOTHING to solve the issue and I hardly was able to get another room. No manager neither assistance manager on site for the whole weekend.

On May 22 2011 Stayed for one night on Saturday, May 14th. Slept on my right side all night because a three year old and four year old took up most of the bed space. Bites on my right side from abdomen to my back. Did not notice the bites until after check out the next day. I was the only one bitten. I was not planning on going back to that hotel anyway.but I am sending them a letter.
