The motel area felt like a truck stop but our biggest mistake was being bait to the bed bugs! We complained to the management but could had no choice due to the motel being full capacity. We were not given the option of a refund since it was pre-booked and prepaid on the internet.

My bed sheets was filthy. The bed bugs bit me up the entire stay. The towels was dirty and nasty. The pool was filthy too. The staff is rude and unpleasant. I wouldn't let my pets stay here. I would be locked up for animal cruelty.

On Apr 18 2011 3/18/2011 Stayed the night at this hotel. Woke up with lots of bites on my leg. As the day went on, found more and more bites on neck, face, back, fingers, arms, legs, feet. When I called to tell them, the manager didn't seemed concerned and told me they were probably gone by now. When I told him they jump from room to room he said he would look into it.

Upon escaping, the entire family discovered various bites from the other "guests" in the room - bed bugs!
