On Jul 10 2010 My mother-in-law stopped at this hotel (July 2nd, 2010) on the way down to see us in Tampa. While here, she complained of some kind of red allergic rash, which we thought was due to either the soft water or the soap she was using. When she got back home, she was diagnosed with bed bug bites, which by that time, had spread over her entire body.
