All hotels in major cities get bedbugs, someday they will tell guests that it is a major problem they fight constantly. *our AC in the room was major sketchy but manageable.

On Aug 13 2012 I stayed there on July 30th- aug 3 and my legs are covered in bed bug bites as I have a brand new mattress at home I knew it must have been the hotel. I stayed on the 4th floor.

On Dec 25 2010 snowplower99 wrote, ...not the cleanest, but fine. We brought our own slippers, so the carpet didn't bother us. The beds were not very comfy, but after exhausting days at Disney, we got sound sleep. We found NO bedbugs. The staff there were not happy. I asked for an extra blanket one night, the guy brought it up almost threw it to me and immediately left with a stone face. The hotel is at most an 1 star, instead of 3.

Avoid 3rd floor, I got bitten by bed bugs and so did my colleague who was also on the 3rd floor. They did change us to different rooms on higher level. The hotel should be renamed Roach Plaza and not the Rosen.
