On Oct 1 2012 Lou D wrote, ...for the money is much nicer but no shuttle. BTW we received a bogus charge for trolly tickets that we did not purchase.an adjustment was made after a call to them. Check the National Bedbug Registry. We encountered no problem but apparently they have had serious problems and had we checked before we wouldn't have stayed there. Final judgement.not worth the expense.look elsewhere you'll do better.

On Jul 28 2012 We stayed here July 16-21, 2012 and were bitten by bed bugs. My husband, son, & I were all bitten but I have the worst case having more than a hundred bites all over my body. Complained to a hotel employee, but the problem wasn't resolved. Never heard back from him or any other employee & had to sleep in the same infested room the whole time.

On Jan 9 2012 My wife and I just stayed here for New Year's (Dec 31 - Jan 3, 2012) and we had no issues with bedbugs. We slept well and the room was clean.

When I was leaving there was someone from Orkin saying that they do have a huge problem in this hotel. My family and I were bitten from head to toe and the staff didn't do anything about it.
