On Jun 25 2012 My parents just stayed at this hotel and the clock alarm went off in the middle of the night- while they were attempting to turn it off they found there were bed bugs EVERYWHERE. All over the sheets and even in the sink. They were completely horrified.

The staff was completly rude and disrespectful about the situation I will NEVER stay at a Sheraton again! When we checked out they were smerking and thought it was funny. On Nov 28 2011 J A wrote, ...room smelled like an ashtray. Front desk staff very responsive and set me up with another room immediately. While the second room appeared to be clean and in order, I did wake up with mystery bites that match the description of those made by bedbugs. I've thrown away my suitcase, many of the clothes inside of it, and am hoping none of the little "Sheraton extras" hitched a ride into my home.

On Sep 10 2010 domestic pile it wrote, 4-23-2010. Both beds in room 225 were infested with bedbugs. A hotel staff member told me that it was the second time they were aware of that particular room being infested. About 90 minutes after turning out the lights I felt something crawl across my neck and arm at the same time. I woke my wife and together we collected and killed dozens of reddish-brown bugs from our bed and the one our Granddaughter...
