On Oct 29 2009 ...and was diagnosed with them. The insurance company told me the exterminator said there were no bed bugs therefore they will not reimburse my medical care of suitcase. She said I have no proof I got them there. My co-worker was two floors below and went home with them as well. Do not stay at this hotel. Also, have you ever known a hotel to admit they have them. Get real. Very disappointed in my treatment.
