On Oct 31 2011 Juanita S wrote, ...was the maid's daughter. The woman at the front desk was persistent in providing us a clean and proper room and was apologetic. However, when I checked out the second room I pulled out the sheets and the first thing I saw a large BED BUG crawly away. The woman at the front desk was kind throughout this entire dilemna and kindly gave us our refund. Definitely not worth the hassel nor the bed bugs!
