On Aug 13 2011 Ruth G wrote, ...and not enough towels. The man in the lobby didn't care. It was awful, unsafe and I worried about bed bugs after seeing black "rice" on the mattress. No mattress pad. We should have left, but it was just for one night, so we stayed, got up early and left without eating breakfast. This hotel should NOT have been in the La Quinta chain. We've never had anything but terrific stays at La Quintas, but...
