On Jul 26 2010 helenvg_10 wrote, ...all over the bathroom floor and tub. The smoke alarm was ripped out and the phone was dead. We had bed bugs and a serious ant infestation. Staff refused to lift a finger to help us with anything. The room was not stocked with any paper products (including toilet paper) and we were given 2 towels that were supposed to last 3 people for 3 days, and refused any extra towels when we asked for them....
