On Jun 8 2011 Had a multi night reservation but checked out after the first night! Coming into the room and having a roach there should have told me something! Front Desk agent did not care. The next day my husband and I woke up covered from head to toe in bed bug bites. After bringing it up to the GM ( DEE) he even claimed that we are trying to scam him! Would never ever stay there again the place is horrible and dirty
