On May 3 2012 Francis M wrote, ...of mold and mildew (holy ____ was it bad!). The room was poorly cleaned, bathroom was almost un-usable. My girlfriend didn't even want to take a shower the bathroom was so bad! She waited to shower for hours until we got to Hilton Head. We were so uncomfortable we double checked for BED BUGS. Luckily we didn't find any, My suggestion is to pay the additional $30 and get a nice place to stay.

On May 21 2011 Stayed in room 238 March 13/14th. Noted track bites on shoulder the night of the 14th. Inspected mattress and found numerous bed bug droppings. When checking the seams of the mattress found a small unhatched egg. Management was doubtful of my report but fair, moving me to another room (200) which did not have any findings consistent with bed bugs.

On Mar 29 2011 I checked into this hotel on Friday, March 25th 2011 to find both beds in the room infested with bed bugs as well as head lice. I did not find any bed bugs visible during our search but the marking of feces was present around the seams of both mattresses. We called the front desk and reported it.
