On Mar 3 2011 illin0istraveler wrote, ...to another room, still too warm. The cleaning people came after I returned for the day (After 4:00 PM) Was told by front desk, they were short staffed, (Really!) .I went to the computer room to kill time, while my room was cleaned, Only problem, the avialable computer was broken. Other problems, the TV's were very loud when turned on. Only had one bar of soap in room. At least no bed bugs.

On Feb 16 2011 I was in town for business for 3 nights. The second night, I woke up and saw a bed bug on one of the pillows. I killed it, compared it to pictures online to confirm, and brought it to the front desk. They moved me to a new room.
