On Oct 21 2011 ...the manager of Fairfield Inn-Midtown and he has taken the appropriate actions in eradicating the bedbugs. He was inspected by the Health Department earlier this week and everything checked out fine. Now that the bedbugs are no longer an issue, I recommend this hotel for anyone needing a place to stay. So, I believe that it is fair to have the Fairfield Inn-Midtown removed from The Bedbug Registry.

On Sep 25 2011 Christine C wrote, ...was dust on the furniture but it turned out to be old and faded. The room was not properly cleaned. But on a lighter note, there were no bed bugs when I checked (sad I felt I had to check). Still, my night was sleepless and I couldn't digest the thought of staying yet another night. So, we checked out the next morning and didn't look back. If you are a true Marriott fan this one is not for you!
