On Aug 6 2012 ...I never saw anything. Eventually got up early next morning, searched the linens, there were bed bugs of various sizes crawling from within the duvet. We notified the front desk, killed some of them and captured one in a plastic bag. The hotel manager was not convinced of the bed bugs. She eventually came to the room along with the engineer.
