On Nov 2 2012 10/12/2012 this encounter was remedied. the room was not rented that night once the problem was defined as bed bugs. it was blocked off and the entire hotel searched by an exterminator and treated. it was determined that it was isolated to this one room and the room has not been rented since the original people were moved out. the guests were comped for their stay and every precaution has been taken...

On Oct 12 2012 ...like mildew on the bed skirt. When we lifted it up to take a closer look, it was infested with bed bugs. The other bed had a mild infestation. I demanded a manager come down to the room. The manager was not there so the front desk clerk came to the room while on the phone with her manager.
