On Mar 20 2011 ...was clear. The other hotel did allow us to check the bed BEFORE we checked in, so we appreciated that. We finally got to dinner about 8:30. I plan to report this to Hampton Inn corporate as well. The front desk manager did not know anything about bedbugs, their signs, etc. She had phoned the manager while we were waiting to check out, and said she planned to do some internet research immediately.
