Terminex treatment signs in room suggesting previous problems with roaches or bed bugs. No towels in room when we got there; front desk made us go to get them ourselves. Pay an extra ten bucks per might and stay at another budget hotel!

On Mar 3 2011 nver2fst wrote, ...wrapped it in tissue and threw it in the toilet. I proceeded to pull the sheets back and found.11 bed bugs, 1 flea and 2 more ticks. I have the pictures of the insects with the hotels business card. I called Wyndham direct, which called the front desk and the refunded my money and put me in a new room. That was my only option at 12:30 am as they would not transfer me to one of their other properties....

On Nov 9 2010 djflex wrote, ...picture online looked nothing like the actual room dont be fooled by the pictures i asked the lady at the desk she said Quote" you booked on travelocity the rate was to cheap to give you one of the rooms in the picture" so be warned if you book online and get a cheap rate you go directly to the jail cell room my advise go elsewhere for a good nite sleep p.s. the only thing missing was bed bugs!
