On Sep 25 2012 We checked in to the hotel on September 21, 2012. My husband and I found bugs on our bed and droppings around the mattresses. We alerted the front desk who said that another local property (a Courtyard) had also had this issue. The manager went to the room and saw them, too. We left and went to another hotel.

On Sep 22 2012 Richard wrote, ...mattress and box springs in both rooms. We then pulled the covers back and found dozens of brown bed bugs crawling on the sheets. We took video and brought the front desk manager to the room. He acknowledged them, too. We checked out of the hotel, but the hotel has not offered any compensation for our trouble.
