On Jun 26 2012 Chrissy1234567 wrote, I stayed here for 3 weeks in July 2009. I put the card on the bed to change sheets and the next morning I had bites all over neck and chest from the pillow. Room was dirty when I checked in. They didn't vacuum because there was a huge ball of hair on the carpet from someone with very curly thick black hair. Do not stay. Took weeks for bites to go away.

On Apr 2 2012 ...He kept getting bitten, but doctors didn't know what it was. I was never bitten until a few weeks ago. We had someone come i and look for bedbugs after researching possible causes to the bite. Sure enough, they found bedbugs in our bed. They began just after our trip to Atlanta where we stayed at this hotel. It has taken so long to figure this out b/c we really hadn't heard about bedbugs before.

On Feb 2 2011 March 2010. I ONLY traveled to Atlanta that month. No other trips two months before or after the trip. Within a week of returning, bedbugs. It is now January 2011, I finally have performed MANY steam treatments on my condo. The bedbugs are now gone. I will never stay there again! I suggest a alternative hotel in the area. Doubletree on South Park Place. Great hotel!

On Aug 28 2010 4OfUs2Travel wrote, ...moved us to another room. We checked everything over and were satisfied.once I did my usual bed bug check and it came up clean. Phew! For Gold Card holders please note that this hotel does not have a Club Lounge and does not offer free breakfast. I will remember to specifically ask that next time I book a room.we were disappointed as those are the perks that we pay for as Starwood Vacation Owners....
