On Dec 19 2011 When i checked in the room I immediately checked for bed bugs with my flashligt. I pulled back the bed sheets and noticed alot of dark specs on the bed ranging in size, then I pulled the mattress down and saw nests of bugs in the frame and extending out on the floor all the way to the A.C. unit. I immediately went to the office and reported it and requested a refund. The clerk was very nice and apologetic...
