On Jun 21 2012 DKNJ78 wrote, ...sleep on top of the duvet and I wrapped myself in my airplane blanket. I woke up with two bites on my ankles. I dont think they were bed bug bites they looked like huge mosquitos bites not really sure but it was defintely from whatever was going on in the bed. I left a note for hiusekeeping to change the sheets and they were fine after that. Disappointed about my stay in this particular Westin.

On Nov 28 2011 bittenandbashed wrote, ...thru the sheets and all he could see was stains.he has bite marks on his back consistant with bed bug bites found online. this place has had numerous complaints of bed bugs. the gym was under construction and they were not told when reserving the room. the picture of the pool online looks pretty nice. dont kid yourself its tiny. dont park in the 22.00 a day parking either. they both lost there laptops...

He called down to the front desk at 4am - 30 minutes later nobody had showed up. After calling again, he waited another 30 minutes until he could not wait any longer and went down to speak with the manager on duty at the front desk. The hotel didn't compensated him...

On Oct 13 2008 hc6219 wrote, Seriously, the pillows smell farty and the towels smell like feet. The blanket had dark spots in it when held up to the light, which was really disgusting and I pray it's not related to bedbugs. The carpet was fraying badly at the edges. The handle bar for the tub was coming out of the wall. They also charged me one extra night by mistake, which they casually "adjusted" without any apology. Stay away...

Awoke with bites on my legs (bedbugs? fleas?) - see photo - had not been anywhere but walking in the city so could only assume bites came from the Westin. They appeared in the morning after 1st night's sleep. Did not have them before going to bed. Cocktails at the Sundial were $10 each and tasted like sugar water. Staff was "untrained"...
