On Jul 8 2012 maxdog S wrote, ...15 yrs old, cracked and dirty, a bed sheet that did not fit the bed.I could go on and on. I don't mind outdated, if it is clean. This place is no way a 2 and 1/2 star, it is more like a one star. On the plus side, there were no bed bugs. What a shame.the hotel grounds are huge and face a beautiful beach. My recommendation: spend an extra $30 a night and stay at a true 2 and 1/2 star hotel.

On Dec 25 2011 jennifer r wrote, ...we could hear the man in the next room with a ____ (yes, we heard them make the deal) The sheets were thin and worn and the blanket looked like it came from the thrift store. the pillow was thin and useless. The sliding glass door was rusted shut. We found roaches in our luggage in the morning. Fortunately no bed bugs. The only thing good about this hotel is the location next to Lydgate Park.

On Nov 4 2004 A TripAdvisor Member wrote, ...had space to walk around, not to mention no lanais. During the first three days, I was attacked by bedbugs, I kid you not, I had a total of 36 bug bites on my legs and back. It took us forever to find the bar/lounge area because it basically consisted of an office desk with cups on top.
