On Aug 26 2011 geokdk wrote, Check for bed bugs. Service and staff attitude was definitely disappointing compared to good experiences at other JW Marriott hotels. Service in the lounge was on the verge of downright rude. The two other restaurants were good - the service was good, the food was good, couldn't really ask for more.
