On May 28 2012 James_2500 wrote, ...less (as non-locals) the reservations person barked, " Maybe you should have planned in advance!" Rude. Also, after I woke up the first night I had a rash on my back, which I'm fairly certain was either from bed bugs or from the detergent in the sheets. It went away, and I was on vacation so.I let it go. I also had a great breakfast at LuLu's the restaurant on site. Good food and great service!

On Nov 30 2008 CanadianBoys wrote, ...on many days, one of us was bit by something in bed that left a a stain about 1" round (we think a bed bug) and that pillowcase changed on 3rd day, while room was tidied it never felt really super "clean". On checkout we were not given a survey card nor asked about our stay. The "Aqua" mark on the property is invisible. We would stay again here as we got great rates booking on-line through Orbitz...
