On Feb 2 2012 Stephanie DSM, IA wrote, September 16th 2011 I was awaken to a HORRIBLE itch at 2:00 am and as soon as I turned the lights on I seen like 4 bed bugs crawling on my bed and the wall next to the headboard. It was the worst experience of my life and the only thing that management said was they had no other rooms to put me in so they gave me directions to a few hotels about 35 minutes away from there in Missouri. We had to drive 40 miles away to find a clean place to stay! Staff at desk actually knew about the bed bug problem & apologized!
