On Oct 22 2012 Carl C wrote, ...the beds to inspect mattresses at every hotel that I stay at. Imagine my surprise when I found beg bugs in the seams of BOTH mattresses. I immediately called the front desk to report this and their response was "we're busy assisting guests right now we'll come check it out when we get a chance". Guess bed bugs aren't a serious issue to them! No way was I waiting around for them to come inspect it...
