On Sep 18 2012 Stayed here Aug 25 - Sep 8, 2012. Had several bites, which I thought were mosquito bites. Came home, and found live bed bug on my bed next morning. Cost $1350 to exterminate my house! And the bed bug bites are painful, since they swelled and I had an allergic reaction to them.

During our trip we have stayed at several other places and not had a single issue with customer service. but this place was certainly bottom of the barrel and the most "questionable" of the properties...
