On Aug 27 2012 I was bitten all over by bed bugs during night on August 17 - August 18, 2012 in room 237. On Jul 17 2012 We checked in on 07/12/2012, room 226 and my parents got bitten around 12:30 AM. My mom got 3 bites on the neck, several on the arms and legs. On Jun 4 2012 I stayed less than 8 hours at the Garden Hotel (same address) and still walked away with more than a dozen bites. When I reported the incident to the management they were leary that it could be bed bugs and completely not helpful. On Nov 6 2011 We stayed in room 261 and found 2 live bed bugs when we woke up on the morning of 11/6/2011. I was covered with a few dozen bed bug bites on my arms, and my roommate also had a few dozen. We went to the front desk, and they sent someone to investigate. On Sep 13 2011 ...at 1 with bites but thought maybe they were just misquito bites. I checked and didn't see any bugs. Then at 3 I woke up with even more bites, looked around and saw a bed bug crawling away from me. We switched hotels and they were nice about finding us a hotel to switch to. I would never stay here again though, obviously they've had this problem for awhile and haven't been able to resolve it.

Though I never actually saw a bug, I'm convinced I was bitten a number of times and had the trademark "breakfast, lunch and dinner" marks. When I left the hotel, I took all necessary precautions to ensure nothing traveled out of the hotel with me and I haven't had a problem since.

On Jun 15 2011 I am covered with welts from bed bug bites after staying 2 nights at this hotel. I am not picky when it comes to hotels, and in terms of amenities this hotel was fine though run-down. But bed bugs are just unacceptable. Please spend your money elsewhere.
