On Jul 18 2011 we woke up to welts on our faces and arms. I found bed bugs and informed the management. They said the room contents had to be discarded. I discarded my infested suitcases and they won't even pay the $800.00 for the room let alone the clothes or suite cases. Sent us to the med station and won't pay that either. It's been a year. Horrible liars. All they wanted was for us not to tell the other guests....

On Dec 22 2009 finance83 wrote, ...Thankfully most were on leashes, as I am allergic. This large amount of dogs might explain the bed bugs that were found in our room.
