On Sep 19 2011 bed bugs bit myself and my daughter to bits. The hotel wont refund our money and their insurance company say we brought them into the hotel! HORRIBLE DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE !

I did a search of the room and found shed exoskeletons, blood splatter in both my bed and my daughters. I informed the management. they only refunded part of my charges.
