On Aug 23 2012 numeros bite areas in tracts found on my right forarm and my right lower abdominal area. Did not ever see the bugs, a week later still itching and red. date of stay 8/14-8/17.

On Sep 29 2010 Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park takes matters such as these very seriously. Moreover, our hotel has a Standard Operating Procedure and a Housekeeping Inspection Training Program in place to ensure our hotel is inspected on a daily basis. On a regular basis we bring in professional and certified exterminators that inspect the hotel and verified that there was no insect infestation.
