On Dec 23 2011 Susan S wrote, The entire place is filthy. Slow elevators. Our room reeked. The door to the one foot wide balcony barely opens. We we worried about bed bugs. The bedding is disgusting and you can feel the mattress springs. Nice big TV that doesn't work. If your thinking about staying here ask to see the room first. Ask for a quiet room away from the tollway and elevator. No microwaves or refrigerators in the room....

On Dec 19 2011 Jon D wrote, I have been staying in this hotel three nights a week for the last year for a work assignment. This past week, room 233 was given and I wike up with 15 welts on my neck and two on my hand. Reported to management and the only thing said was, we never had a problem.

Several of my colleagues also use this hotel when we have to fly out of O'Hare early in the morning. So hopefully the earlier report was an isolated instance. On Dec 9 2010 Jack wrote, Both my brother and I , staying in different rooms on the fourth floor, were bitten by bedbugs. We told management and they said they couldnt change our rooms so they would spray. The next night was worse. I have had an allergic reaction to these bites and have been dealing with it ever since July. The hotel has been SLOW to respond.
