On May 25 2012 Susan wrote, ...packing my bag. I was put into the room next door. I itched throughout the day during my business meeting and still itch 4 days later. I would have appreciated some apology from management or at least a bottle of calamine lotion from the corner drug store. The worst part was as I checked out the next day it appeared they had given the bug infested room to another guest. Severly disappointed.

On Feb 3 2012 Don VH wrote, I just wanted to correct the date of my report. My stay was Jan 23 2012 not the 17 room 121. It has been confirmed by a physician and were bites of approxametly 25-30 The Hotel is checking into this and will have housekeeping examine.

By Friday I was developing small red bites, all confined to my upper body and elbows. 4 on my stomach 1 on my left ear, 1 on each elbow, 3 on my back. Nothing on my legs or past my elbows. On Oct 3 2011 I stayed in the Skokie Holiday Inn from September 22-26, 2011. The first night I found bed bugs in my bed, located on the second floor in the executive tower. The hotel staff mentioned to me that they have had problems before. They had Orkin come in and certify that the room and surrounding rooms had been exterminated. They moved me to the 3rd floor and had the room checked. They washed all my laundry...

On Aug 15 2011 Next mooring me and my mother woke up and find ourself scratching our legs full of bites ilresisablely. We called the front desk. They did not inform us much so does the manager other than change of room. We never stayed at this hotel again.
